Description
NOTE: This virtual volunteer opportunity is for TEENS - no experience needed!

Are you a high-school or college student of Latinx or Native-American descent that's interested in helping create opportunities for musicians and artists of color? Volunteer with the Black Pianists Society for Talented Youth of Color today!

The Black Pianists Society is a student-led, virtual organization that was founded in order to connect student musicians of color from all walks of life, across the country. At the moment, we need volunteers that would be willing to help us build, expand, and spread the word about the Black Pianists Society, and help recruit new members via social media.

We are currently offering several new leadership positions, looking for 2 new Co-Directors of Latinx Inclusion and 2 new Co-Directors of Native/Indigenous American Inclusion. Both groups of co-Directors would work with our Community Outreach and Blog & Website teams, respectively, to reach new communities and make sure that our organization's posted content is both diverse and inclusive.

Applicants must be 13-18 years old and currently enrolled in high school. You do NOT have to be a pianist to help, but previous musical experience is encouraged! Feel free to email me at sydneyrollebps@gmail.com if you have any questions. Thanks!
